The Road Angel 9000 is an innovative satellite navigation and speedtrap alert device which includes GPRS to allow it to check for updates every two minutes allowing you to stay up to date. The GPRS also allows the 9000 to check weather and traffic announcements to alert you to any potential delay, but it also allows the 9000 to be tracked * via a web portal so you can be located by rescue services or friends and family in an emergency or if you break down. The Road Angel 9000 comes with a satellite navigation system using Teleatlas 2007.1 for its street level mapping and also features building schematics on the mapping screen. You can store and manage your favourite routes for quick selecting so you can get on your way quickly, as well as blocking roads you want to avoid. Using the award winning Road Angel speedtrap database, the 9000 is reliable and will alert you to speed cameras, mobile speedtraps as well as school zones and accident blackspots helping to keep you safer on the roads. The Road Angel 9000 can use the speedtrap database with the satellite navigation system or independently if you know the route. Subscription Options
